CM Solutions, Inc. was established in 2002 as a privately-owned contract manufacturer for all market segments in electronics. Within the first year, CM Solutions began production in low, medium, and high volume.

With the successes of the first year, 2003 brought the first facility expansion along with two more production lines. A host of equipment was added to accommodate the ever-changing assembly types.

CM Solutions, Inc. became ISO9001:2000 certified in 2004, which opened more doors for our growing company. The installation of selective solder equipment along with this certification brought the first production of assemblies for the high volume automotive market.

In 2005, the company's second facility expansion was completed. As well, the company's growth rate required the implementation of a new MRP system. Two more production lines were added to bring the total of production lines to five. New Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) equipment as well as a third in-circuit platform was added to create total flexibility in the testing and quality of products.

The third facility expansion was started and completed in 2006, giving CM Solutions a dedicated stock/storage area with high-bay racks and dedicated areas for each customer's inventory. CM Solutions' lead-free process was established in 2006, as industry requirements began pointing toward the RoHS directive.

In 2007, we have successfully completed our first ISO9001:2000 re-certification with only suggested improvements recorded during the audit. A Faraday (RF isolation) cage was added to allow for more RF circuitry production, programming, and testing.

An effort to become more "green" began in 2008 with CM Solutions implementing many recycling and waste-reduction procedures. CM Solutions believes that all companies must make strides toward reducing and/or eliminating manufacturing wastes. Also, a new DEK Horizon SMT printer was added to the equipment line-up, allowing CM Solutions to assemble with smaller component package sizes than before.

2009 brought many improvements for our customers. A dedicated room was built which allows CM Solutions to provide top-of-the-line, clean, conformal coating on assemblies requiring this process.
